Plan Financing and Construction
Realty Africa loves to take the extra mile. We can assist our customers in the financing of the plan and/or overseeing the construction. Taking a development to the end is the only way we can assist to make sure the dream becomes reality.
A project is only finished if the building is realised. Arranging financing can be a daunting task as well as overseeing the building process. This requires a lot of expertise which Realty Africa is happy to assist with. We always believe that our task is only over if the building is there to be used by our customers.
Since Reality Africa is also running a Real Estate private placement platform, we have a lot of experience and expertise in arranging funding. All people that work at Realty Africa have a lot of experience in developing and managing projects.
The following steps are included in the plan development:
- Creation of a financing plan to see what the options are and how these can be combined
- Arranging financing with potential financing parties
- Creating a detailed development plan together with the local architects responsible for the detailed building drawings and incorporating the local building regulations
